You might still be doing work you care about, but it’s starting to cost more energy than it gives back.

Often, this kind of burnout isn’t about effort at all it’s about misalignment. Unclear messaging, porous boundaries, and a brand that isn’t fully doing the job it was meant to do. When clarity is missing, your nervous system steps in to compensate, holding emotional labor your work should be holding for you.
