Rachael Hamwey is a passionate Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach on a mission to help women reclaim their energy, confidence, and connection to their bodies. Through RH Health and Nutrition, she takes a deeply holistic, root-cause approach—looking beyond trends and one-size-fits-all advice to guide her clients with personalized, empowering support. With Rachael as your wellness mentor, you’ll feel seen, supported, and ready to step into your most vibrant, energized self.
When Rachael launched RH Health and Nutrition, she knew that having a thoughtfully designed, visually aligned website would be key to attracting and connecting with her dream clients—but the process felt overwhelming and unclear. She had a logo she created in Canva, no brand photography yet, and was unsure where to begin. Together, we brought her vision to life with a brand and website that feels grounded, welcoming, and aligned with her holistic approach to wellness. The final result reflects Rachael’s nurturing energy and expertise, giving her a beautiful digital home to confidently launch her practice and invite clients into a space of support, vitality, and transformation.
